Reynolds has had over eighteen years’ post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial law practice with specific expertise in general corporate law, natural resources, environment, employment, construction, and energy law. Reynolds was the Head of Legal Services and Assets Protection in AngloGold Ashanti (Ghana) for four and half years, having worked in the Legal Department as a Senior Legal Officer as well as the Legal Manager after joining the company in 1997. Prior to this, he had worked as Legal Counsel with the Minerals Commission as well as the State Gold Mining Company of Ghana. Reynolds was also a Director, Ashanti Gold Sporting Club between 2008 and 2013; Trustee, AngloGold Ashanti (Ghana) Employees’ Provident Fund, from 2009-2013, Currently, a non-Executive Director of Great Consolidated Diamonds Ghana Limited and Amaris Terminals Co. Ltd.

Reynolds is a member of the Ghana Bar Association as well as the Commonwealth Lawyers Association.
