My Experience

Notable among his diverse background is his time spent at Pera Consulting (UK), a partner of Grant Thornton, where he oversaw the running of the Business Growth Service (BGS). The BGS was an incorporation of support previously provided by UK Growth Accelerator, the Manufacturing Advisory Service (MAS), Design Mentoring for SMEs and Intellectual Property Audits. This programme was partly funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). The service helped ambitious businesses to achieve their growth potential by providing credible, tailored and expert support, which is easy to understand and delivered face-to-face.

Baffour is a keen sportsman. In his spare time, he can be seen playing squash, football or badminton. He is an avid reader and spends a lot of time researching any topics of interest. Being a car enthusiast, he spends a lot of time watching car shows such as Top Gear, The Grand Tour, Fifth Gear among others. Baffour is always eager to embark on a road trip where he can drive for hours at length.
